The 1976 Ibanez 2618 Artist is a rare early stop tail version of the highly coveted, Japanese-built, solid-body electric guitar from Ibanez's golden era. Praised for its exceptional craftsmanship, it features a carved maple top, mahogany body, 24-fret ebony fingerboard, and a set laminated maple neck. It delivers a warm, Les Paul-like tone with immense sustain. Great condition for a 50 year old vintage instrument. Gold hardware showing wear. The sunburst finish is very clean and shows only wear and marks consistent with age.
